1. About AnteWeight

AnteWeight is a China-based supply chain service provider focused on custom flight cases, stage equipment, LED displays, lighting equipment, audio systems, outdoor performance equipment, and China sourcing support.

We may provide products and services through our own resources, partner factories, manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, customs service providers, and other third-party service partners. Unless specifically stated in writing, AnteWeight does not claim to be the original manufacturer of every product listed or sourced through our website.

2. Website Information

We try to provide accurate product information, images, descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability. However, product details may change due to material updates, supplier changes, production batches, customization requirements, packaging changes, or logistics conditions.

Product images are for reference. Minor differences in color, texture, hardware appearance, size tolerance, packaging, or production details may occur due to manufacturing, material batches, lighting, photography, screen display differences, or normal production variation.

3. Products and Services

AnteWeight may provide standard products, custom products, made-to-order products, sourcing services, project-based supply solutions, product consultation, supplier coordination, customization support, packaging coordination, and logistics support.

• Standard products: Products with fixed specifications or basic configurations that may be available for direct order.
• Custom products: Products made or modified according to customer requirements, including size, color, logo, structure, foam insert, hardware, packaging, or equipment model.
• Project-based solutions: Orders involving stage equipment, LED displays, lighting, audio systems, outdoor performance equipment, bulk supply, or special sourcing requirements.
• China sourcing support: Assistance with product sourcing, supplier coordination, quotation support, customization coordination, packaging, and shipping solutions.

4. Orders and Quotations

Some standard products may be available for direct checkout. Custom products, oversized products, bulk orders, sourcing orders, or project-based orders may require a quotation before production, purchasing, or shipment.

A quotation may depend on product specifications, dimensions, quantity, materials, color, logo requirements, internal structure, packaging size, destination country, shipping method, customs requirements, and other order details.

5. Prices and Payment

Product prices shown on our website do not include international shipping unless specifically stated. Shipping cost, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination charges may need to be confirmed separately before shipment.

If additional shipping payment, customization payment, sourcing payment, or project payment is required, we may send an updated invoice, payment request, or separate payment instruction before production or shipment.

Orders will not be shipped until the required payment has been confirmed. Payment processing time may vary depending on the payment method, payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment platform.

6. Shipping and Delivery

International shipping cost and delivery method depend on the destination country, delivery address, package size, product type, cargo value, order quantity, customs requirements, and available shipping channels.

Available shipping methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, truck delivery, or other freight solutions. Final shipping method and delivery time will be confirmed according to the specific order.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For many international orders, AnteWeight can help arrange tax-included or customs-cleared shipping solutions when available. However, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and door-to-door delivery are not guaranteed for every country, every shipping method, or every order.

If customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, storage fees, remote area fees, or other destination charges are not included in the confirmed quotation or shipping arrangement, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Custom Orders and Sourcing Orders

Custom orders and sourcing orders may involve partner factories, third-party suppliers, material preparation, purchasing, logo printing, structural modification, packaging coordination, and special shipping arrangements.

Once production, purchasing, material preparation, logo printing, customization, structural modification, packaging, or shipment has started, cancellation, return, or refund may not be possible or may be subject to deduction of actual costs already incurred.

9. Returns and Refunds

Return, refund, cancellation, damaged shipment, missing item, and incorrect item requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or returns sent without confirmation may not be accepted or refunded.

10. Third-Party Brands and Compatible Equipment

Product names, equipment names, brand names, model names, and trademarks may be used only to describe compatible equipment, reference products, or customer requirements.

Unless specifically stated in writing, AnteWeight products are not official, original, authorized, or genuine products of any third-party brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate product requirements, equipment models, dimensions, quantity, logo files, drawings, delivery address, contact information, customs information, and other order details required for quotation, production, sourcing, and shipping.

AnteWeight is not responsible for delays, additional costs, incorrect production, failed delivery, customs issues, or other problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or changed information provided by the customer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnteWeight shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data arising from website use, product use, sourcing service, shipping delay, customs delay, or third-party service issues.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website. Continued use of the website or continued communication with us after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
