Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through AnteWeight. We ship products internationally and provide shipping solutions based on product type, package size, destination country, delivery address, customs requirements, and available shipping channels.
1. General Shipping Model
AnteWeight ships products internationally. Shipping cost depends on the destination country, delivery address, product size, package size, order quantity, shipping method, customs requirements, and carrier availability.
For most products, customers may place an order for the product price first. Our team will then confirm the international shipping cost, delivery method, delivery address, production or preparation time, and any required shipping payment before shipment.
An order will not be shipped until the shipping cost, delivery method, delivery address, and required payment have been confirmed.
2. Product Preparation Time
Standard products are usually prepared or produced within 1–7 working days after order confirmation.
Custom products, special sizes, logo requirements, special colors, modified structures, bulk orders, or project-based orders may require additional production time. The final production or preparation time will be confirmed before production or shipment.
3. Shipping Cost Confirmation
After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer to confirm the delivery address, shipping method, freight cost, and delivery requirements.
If the customer does not accept the confirmed shipping cost, delivery method, or delivery conditions, the order may be cancelled and refunded before production or shipment, subject to the order status and any custom work already started.
4. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, truck delivery, or other freight solutions depending on the product, destination country, package size, and delivery requirements.
- Faster delivery: Express courier, air freight, rail freight, or truck delivery may be available depending on the destination and product type.
- Economical delivery: Sea freight may be available for large, heavy, or non-urgent shipments.
- Special freight: Oversized products may require separate freight arrangements.
5. Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes
For many international orders, AnteWeight can help arrange tax-included or customs-cleared shipping solutions when available. This may include customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and delivery to the customer’s address, depending on the country, shipping channel, cargo value, product type, and carrier support.
Some countries or regions may only support express courier delivery. Some high-value, oversized, heavy, or project-based orders may require separate confirmation for customs clearance, tax handling, port delivery, warehouse delivery, or final local delivery.
If customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, storage fees, remote area fees, or other destination charges are not included in the confirmed shipping quotation, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Door-to-Door Delivery
When supported by the shipping channel and destination country, we may arrange door-to-door delivery.
Door-to-door delivery availability depends on the destination country, delivery address, package size, cargo value, local delivery conditions, carrier support, and customs clearance requirements.
For some large orders, high-value orders, oversized shipments, remote areas, or special delivery locations, door-to-door delivery may not be available or may require additional confirmation and charges.
7. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination country, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, carrier service, and other factors outside our control.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, carrier delays, port congestion, holiday periods, remote area delivery, local delivery restrictions, or other force majeure events.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including country, state or province, city, postal code, street address, contact name, phone number, and whether the address is residential or commercial if required.
If the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, remote, or changed after shipment, additional fees or delays may occur. The customer may be responsible for any additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
9. Oversized Products and Special Freight
Flight cases, DJ podiums, speaker cases, LED displays, lighting equipment, audio equipment, outdoor performance equipment, and other large or heavy products may require special freight arrangements.
For oversized products, shipping cost and delivery method must be confirmed case by case. Packaging size, cargo weight, destination address, delivery method, and customs requirements may affect the final shipping cost.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery. If the product or package is visibly damaged, please take photos or videos of the package and product immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
If a shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged during transportation, we will assist the customer in communicating with the carrier or freight forwarder. The final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation, shipping insurance, and the condition of the delivered package.
