Important: Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Custom products, made-to-order products, logo-printed products, modified products, bulk orders, and project-based orders may not be eligible for return or refund once production has started.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through AnteWeight.

AnteWeight sells standard products, custom flight cases, stage equipment, sourcing products, and project-based solutions. Because many of our products are large, heavy, customized, or shipped internationally, return and refund requests must be reviewed case by case.

1. Return Request Period

For standard products, return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue with your order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or agreed by AnteWeight in writing.

2. Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or returns sent without confirmation may not be accepted or refunded.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address, packaging requirements, shipping method, and any required documentation.

3. Standard Product Returns

Standard products may be eligible for return if the product is unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

Returned products must include all parts, accessories, hardware, packaging materials, and documents originally included with the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the returned product is used, damaged, incomplete, modified, improperly packaged, or not in resalable condition.

4. Custom Products and Non-Returnable Orders

Custom and made-to-order products are generally not returnable. This includes products made to a specific size, structure, color, logo, foam layout, hardware requirement, equipment model, bulk order requirement, or project requirement.

Custom products, made-to-order products, logo-printed products, modified products, bulk orders, sourcing products, and project-based orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production, purchasing, material preparation, logo printing, structural modification, or custom work has started.

If there is a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or issue caused by our error, please contact us with photos, videos, and order details. We will review the case and may offer repair, replacement parts, partial refund, replacement, or another reasonable solution.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production, purchasing, preparation, or shipment has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

If production, purchasing, custom work, logo printing, packaging, or shipment has already started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to deduction of actual costs already incurred.

6. Shipping Fees, Customs Fees, and Taxes

Product prices shown on our website do not include international shipping unless specifically stated. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, storage fees, remote area fees, and other destination charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

If a return is approved for reasons not caused by AnteWeight, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, import or export fees, and any additional costs caused by the return.

7. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect the package and product upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, damaged area, missing parts, and any relevant order information. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

After reviewing the information, we may offer replacement parts, repair guidance, partial refund, replacement, carrier claim assistance, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the product must be returned using a trackable shipping method and proper protective packaging. The customer is responsible for loss or damage during return shipping if the product is not packaged properly or shipped without tracking.

Cash-on-delivery returns, freight collect returns, or returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product, or after we confirm that a refund is appropriate based on the specific case.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment platform.

Payment processing fees, currency conversion differences, bank fees, or payment platform fees may not be refundable if they are not returned by the payment provider.

10. Product Variations and Normal Differences

Minor differences in color, texture, hardware appearance, material finish, size tolerance, packaging, or production details may occur due to manufacturing, material batches, screen display differences, or normal production variation.

Such minor differences are not considered defects unless they materially affect product function or differ significantly from the confirmed order.
