Payment Guide
AnteWeight supports different payment methods depending on the order type, order amount, product category, destination country, and customer requirements.
Product prices shown on our website do not include international shipping unless specifically stated. For most products, customers may place an order for the product price first. Shipping cost, delivery method, and any required shipping payment will be confirmed before shipment.
Payment Methods
PayPal
PayPal may be available for sample orders, small orders, standard product orders, and some repeat orders.
For products that require shipping confirmation, our team may send an updated invoice or payment request for the remaining shipping cost before shipment.
Bank Transfer / T/T
Bank Transfer / T/T may be suitable for wholesale orders, custom orders, sourcing orders, project-based orders, and long-term business cooperation.
Please do not send bank transfer payments before receiving our official invoice and payment confirmation.
Updated Invoice
If shipping cost, customization cost, or additional order details need to be confirmed after the initial order, we may send an updated invoice or payment request.
Orders will not be shipped until the required payment has been confirmed.
Before Making Payment
Before payment, we recommend confirming the following details with our team:
- Product model, specifications, quantity, and color
- Customization requirements such as size, logo, foam insert, structure, or packaging
- Destination country, full delivery address, and contact information
- Shipping method, shipping cost, customs clearance solution, and delivery time
- Production or preparation time before shipment
- Final invoice, payment amount, and payment method
Standard Product Orders
Some standard products may be available for direct checkout. The product price can be paid first, and international shipping cost may be confirmed separately before shipment if it is not included at checkout.
Standard products are usually prepared or produced within 1–7 working days after order confirmation. Oversized products, heavy products, or products requiring special freight arrangements may require additional shipping confirmation.
Custom Orders, Bulk Orders & Sourcing Orders
For customized flight cases, stage equipment, LED displays, lighting, audio systems, outdoor performance equipment, and China sourcing orders, please contact us for quotation confirmation before payment.
Some custom orders, sourcing orders, bulk orders, or project orders may require a deposit before production or purchasing starts, with the remaining balance confirmed before shipment. The final payment arrangement will be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, or written communication.
Shipping Payment
International shipping is not automatically included in the product price unless specifically stated. Shipping cost depends on destination country, delivery address, product size, package size, order quantity, shipping method, customs requirements, and carrier availability.
If additional shipping payment is required after an order is placed, we may send an updated invoice or payment request before shipment.
Currency, Bank Fees & Payment Charges
Unless otherwise stated, prices and quotations are usually provided in USD. Currency conversion rates, bank fees, card issuer fees, wire transfer fees, payment platform fees, or intermediary bank fees may be charged by third-party providers.
These third-party fees are not controlled by AnteWeight and may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
