Our sourcing service is intended for selected products and project-based orders that may fall outside our regular online catalog.

- Custom-manufactured products based on drawings, dimensions, or specifications
- Other customer-specified products that can be sourced from suitable suppliers in China
Not every product or project can be accepted. We will review the request first and confirm whether we can support the sourcing, customization, payment, and shipping requirements.
How Our Sourcing Process Works
- 1. Send Your Requirements: Tell us what you need, including product photos, links, specifications, dimensions, quantity, target use, and destination country.
- 2. Sourcing Review: We review the request and coordinate with suitable suppliers or manufacturing partners.
- 3. Specification Confirmation: Product configuration, dimensions, materials, color, logo, accessories, packaging, or other important details are confirmed before ordering.
- 4. Quotation: We provide the agreed product price and available shipping solution based on the confirmed requirements.
- 5. Order Confirmation: Once the specifications, quantity, shipping terms, and total amount are confirmed, final payment instructions will be provided.
- 6. Procurement or Production: We coordinate the order with the supplier and follow the agreed procurement or production requirements.
- 7. Shipping: Available international shipping options are arranged according to the product, destination, order size, and customer requirements.
Customer-Specific Order & Payment Pages
For confirmed sourcing projects, AnteWeight may create a dedicated product or payment page for your order. The page can list the agreed product, specifications, quantity, price, included accessories, customization details, and relevant shipping terms.
If your AnteWeight sales representative has already provided you with a dedicated order link, please review the information on that page carefully and make sure it matches the quotation and specifications you previously confirmed.
Customization & Project Orders
Depending on the product and supplier capabilities, customization may include dimensions, colors, materials, internal structure, accessories, logo, packaging, or other project-specific requirements.
Customization availability and additional charges vary by product. Please provide your requirements before payment so they can be included in the final quotation and order confirmation.
Shipping & Payment
International shipping is calculated according to the product type, packing dimensions, quantity, shipping method, and final delivery address. Shipping cost is not automatically included unless it is specifically stated in your quotation or dedicated order page.
Shipping cost, delivery time, and final payment instructions will be confirmed before payment. For some destinations and products, DDP or customs-clearance-inclusive shipping solutions may be available. Any included duties, taxes, or customs services will be stated clearly before payment.
